defender door hinge bolt setup

Hi, I am slowly putting together my 95 130 crew cab. I bought and painted new door hinges and bought some stainless door bolts off ebay.

Is there meant to be a different length bolt, between the bolts that go through the hinge on to the body of the defender and the hinge bolts that go though the door.

The bolts I have seem a little short to go though the hinge and though the door. I cant find a list of the sizes I need...

Finally what washer setup goes on the door - spring or flat?

yes they are different lengths and they usually have nylon washer but spring would do

Where would you recommend I buy some online? (I am in Australia)
