Can anyone tell me how to remove headlights on a disco td5. I looked at the plastic parts behind the light where you adjust the lights. Can not see how you would twist them without taking the pressure off and that would mean re setting them after. Manual don't explain It.

Just learning how to use site didn't have heading on first question. Wont happen again nothing like being told to **** off when you don't know what your doing. And just want some advise.
