who's datatek ?
I heard a rumour that DataTek secretly owns a L322 and loves it. He carried out a P38 headlight conversion though so no one can tell.

love this thread. speak of the devil where is he ? ! LOL
I think that he takes a reasonable view that there are better 4x4s, particularly Toyotas. If you can't afford one, there's little point in spending more than you need to on a runner up.
I think my P38 is terrific but I'd feel much more confident setting off for Cape Town in a Landcruiser.

Why would I have nightmares over an L322? I have the good fortune not to have oneHe is the man that has nightmares over them
I'm still going to get one at some point though
There is a very very nice L322 on Piston Heads. It was a 03 4.4 V8 but has been converted by a company darn sarth to be exactly the same as a 2011 Autobiography. He is only asking 10k for it. Must've cost him more than that to do as the wheels alone were 3k worth. The L322 certainly doesn't seem to be immune to problems, much like the P38. I'm still going to get one at some point though
