Hi there guys,

Hope your all ok. I had some repairs taken under warrenty from Stratstone on the amplifier of stereo. I have just noticed, that the dash has not been put back correctly. Please find attached pictures. I have called them, and want to take the car back, but will be without a vehicle of two days. In addition, I do not trust these dealers after my experiences in the past. Fix one thing, damage another type scenario. Is this easlily fixed, I try to attempt it. If any one can explain how to fix, I would appreciate.

ps tried to attach but picture too many mb's. anyone know to attach a photo when too big memory

Regards

Nick

search for "dummies guide to picture posting".

take it back
insist on a courtesy car
tell em it will keep coming back till they do the job proper.

if its under warranty - yu can take the car to anywhere to have it fixed.

pm clutchdust;)

yesh when you consider that unless you know where to look for a cracked one you always gonna have to pay for it, even with new PCs it comes at an additional cost.

You'd fink by now that microshaft would get some freebie cut down versions out for non business users, but then again, they are americans (You ever seen Team America?)

Ok I have attached. Hopefully. Please advise if can adjusted

Hi there guys,

As per attachments sent earlier, would appreciate if someone can advise on how to put the dash panels correctly back in place.

Hi there guys,

Booked in for next Tuesday at Stratstone Heathrow, and having to pay £20 for rental car and making sure that the fuel is topped up. So it will cost me, over £40 to fix something that should of been done correctly first time round. What are your ideas, or is it an easy fix to put the dash panels back in place. From my previous experiences with dealers, they fix one thing and damage another.

Would apprectiate your ideas.

Hi there,

I should do, but their attitude stinks to say the least. They have fobbed me off several times with the service history in the past.

If I can fix the issue myself, then even better.

What you think?

Regards
Nick

I could do, but the other nearest one to me is Hadley Green in Barnet, and in the past, they have not been too helpfull
