Hi All, is there anyone that sells behind the seats bulkhead pre-cut carpet for both sides of the bulkhead? Have searched online, vendors only appear to sell full carpet sets.

"If not available can buy some black carpet and cut...just being a little lazy"

I done mine years ago. Plenty black carpet available on eBay. Just cut and glue it on. Takes a bit of the noise away as well as it deadens the panels slightly.

@meego, my thoughts too - have bought some non rot black carpet from Coverdale to match the existing Exmoor carpet and mats + have some spare sound deadening that I'll add under carpet. On a little mission at the moment with sound deadening...in a soft top 90 o_O

If you can stop some of the “drumming” on bare panels it’s well worth doing......even on a soft top :)

Just bare in mind that whatever you use on the bulkhead ideally should be closed cell or non-water absorbing.

nothing rots footwells faster than sound deadening holding water....

thanks @flat, very true - I only use closed cell/non-rot type materials - hardura/fibre/felt type materials are horrendous, have lost count number of classic cars I've seen rotting out due to these porous moisture trapping products...boots, floors and inner sills being "held together" by hardura - remove insulation layers and found myself staring at the road...worse, there are still plenty of cars/Landys out there like this. My Landy front floor panels looked perfect when I bought the old girl, until I went to clean up...trapped between the old waxoyled and schultz underside and insulated top side were sheets of rusting crud...but were structurally sound until insulation removed where upon they were scrap  YRM came to the rescue with their super dooper 3mm floor plates

eta: a little trick I came up with years ago is to not use carpet adhesive when fitting - use wide width velco, this way carpets can be removed before going through water and makes steam cleaning a doddle
