it looked ok on the forecourt but I think the sat nav was updated by parchment maps no way im letting main dealer do it any advice on where to get tightwad updates please ta much????????

Translation for Slob.
When I purchased my vehicle, the satellite navigation looked to be satisfactory. However, upon further investigation, it appears that the maps stored in it's memory are a little dated. I am concerned that a main dealer may charge me an excessive amount for updating the maps. Therefore, is there any member of this wonderful forum who might be able to assist me in sourcing free update software?
