Crunch in Second Gear

Getting crunch when coming down from Third to Second, seems to be getting worse,
, New clutch kit fitted about 600 miles ago, was working great for the first half of them all gears changing smoothly.
Its 300Tdi on to LT77 gearbox.
Any Ideas

I did renew the Oil not so long ago, If you remember James, from the Pic of old oil that came out You said that Engine will Breath a Sigh of Relief , made me laugh never forgotten that .
I will try and find the thread its still on here somewhere.
