cracks/lines on dashboard where airbag is?

Hi everyone, Im new to all this, hope you can help me.

Im looking to buy a 2007 RR Sport, I noticed this marks/cracks/lines on the dashboard at the passenger side, right where the airbag is, does it mean the airbags deployed/crashed or is this normal?

Thanks for any advise you can share!

This is the fourth time you have posted this question, are you taking the pi$$ ?

Looks as if the airbag has been deployed at some point, you really need to walk away from any RRS that is not 100%......within reason and price point
