coolant leakage

i have a problem with my rangie drinking water like an alcoholic drinks jack daniels ! Having a good look around there is a brown splash , probably dirty coolant liquid, all over the belts and air con pump. Would this be from a leaking seal on the water pumpand would this mean replacement ? There dosen't seem to be any leakage from any of the hoses. Any ideas ?

could be from the radiator and the fan is blowing it back onto the engine
