Hello,

I have a '97 Dodge Ram 1500 2wd 5.9L, and I am thinking about making it
a project truck, so naturally doing a 4wd conversion is first. IT already
has a 3.5" Fabtech lift with 33" MT/R's on it. What do you think is the
best route, and is there anywhere on the internet where I can get an idea
about parts? What should the price be, approximately?

Thank you,
Gordon

I have never done one but a few months ago I was looking at converting a
van.

Although they are primarily into 4x4 van conversions, they sell a conversion
kit.

K&J allso sells a kit but I couldn't find it with a quick search. However,
there is a review posted and possibly a lead can be traced through him.

From stock it might run you about $10,000.00 but since you already have the
suspension and a few other things that you'll want to keep it might be less.
However, since you have a lift it might even be more. Good luck.
