Hi chaps,ok problem,no heated front screen, used to work but now is as dead as a doe-doe !
I took it briefly to a chap who checked and told me that there was no power to the fuses in the supplementary fuse box but the fuses are ok,so i need to know where does the juice come from to power these fuses?

Hmm not sure what's up with that its in the electric section on myfreelander. Co.UK has a few wiring diagrams there, not sure where the relay'll live. Be either in the cubby box under the steering wheel or in the engine bay. Either way there should be a picture of it on the fuse box lid.

It was the relay,as soon as i managed to get the case open,i saw the yellow outer skin was partially black,so replaced and i have heated windscreen and rear window, just in time for frosts, thankyou for your help, without this site we would be well and truly stumped, have a great xmas if i am not on here before then, also a brilliant 2014 and do not forget vote UKIPl
