Clutch noise

Hi all I’m sure this has been covered before. I have a 90 2012 defender with 30000 on clock. Had clutch replaced due to really load rattling coming from clutch plate when out of gear and clutch pedal in up position which I know is very common issue on pumas. This was done 750 miles ago got truck back there was no noise but over weekend a new noise has appeared when in neutral and Clutch up and gets really load more you drive it’s not a rattling sounds like a bearing is shot. Any ideas what this could be regards Scott

I have had this type of rattle for 6 year (2 clutches) I think the springs in the clutch plate rattle when there's no load
