Clutch Master Cylinder - Help!!

Good evening all!
I'm after a bit of help.
I want to change the clutch master cylinder.
The only problem is I cannot undo the nut where the pip goes into the adaptor, which then goes into the cylinder!
My first question is this little nut a funny size? because I cannot find a metric or imperial spanner which is a really good fit?
The adapter on the other hand is loose, but of course I can't undo it as it's still attached to to the pipe.

So unless anyone has any bright ideas I might have to cut the copper pipe :-/
If I do cut the pipe can I buy short bits of pipe join them with mini compression joints? Is it easy to bend copper pipe?

Loads of questions, but would really appreciate some tips!!

You need a flaring tool around £35 iirc and you can cut off the pipe close to the nut and reflare with a new nut if necessary and you'll only lose 15/20mm of pipe.
Really useful tool and you'll use it lots, trust me!

Do you happen to know what size I need to buy? And are the breaks the same size as the clutch pipes?
And lastly are the pipes easy to bend with hands or need tool?!?

What size what? Spanner? 11mm.
Flaring tool? I'll find the advert for that if you like, a few on here have them.
Clutch and brake pipes the same size.
Nuts should be M10 X 1 mm from memory.

I thought the Brake pipe has a smaller bore than the clutch.
A good kit will make both flares

Bend by hand, I do.
Benders are cheap though although the radius is too large for me and I bend the pipe around a suitable socket or whatever.

Tool like this helps.
Pipe easy to bend.
Lots of wd40 and if you take your time and maybe apply a little heat, you could save a lot of time if it comes apart properly.

Mine was, two different diameters. Clutch copper pipe was a larger diameter than the brake pipes.

You're right, I thought I'd remade all my pipes in copper but I've just looked at my clutch pipe is original steel and indeed larger. The nut looks bigger than 11mm too but I can't check that just now.
@84landy, your clutch pipe isn't standard.

I think so yes but they do ones for larger pipes too I believe.
The OP needs to rescue what he's got or buy an original pipe I would have thought, then buy the flare tool above anyway cos the brake pipes nearly always go Pete tong when you remove calipers etc. It's got me out of a situation 3 times in 2 yrs thus far.

I just popped out to check the only spanner that fitted was the 1/2 inch, but it slips. The 12mm too small and 13mm too big.
Typical it's not standard!!!!
