Well it looks like my low biting point on my clutch is a hydralic problem. Now its very difficult to get gears, pumping pedal makes no difference. Cant see any fluid in drivers footwell.
So I am guessing its a slave cylinder (2001 td4). I am capable of doing the job but I dont know if I can be bothered as it seems a long job.
So first off any ideas the cheapest place to get master and slave cylinder? No rush so mail order fine.
I know its a long shot but can anyone recommend a garage local to Blackpool that would do the repair without taking the mickey?
Lastly I am guessing its probably best to replace the clutch at the same time but is there anything else that should be changed as a precaution as the gearbox is coming out?
