Clutch fluid replacement

Hi, I'm new to Defender ownership & have just joined the forum.

Replaced the clutch fluid on my Td5 at the weekend but even after flushing through the master & slave cylinder a couple of times the fluid still looked grey. Is this normal?

Clutch works OK after reverse bleeding so wondering if the fluid is being discoloured by the aluminium reservoir or indicative of poor seals or hose condition.

not normal,is a sign of poor seals but whilst its still working

For some reason mine does this as well, the fluid doesn’t stay clean for very long at all.

The master and slave cylinders are new genuine LR.

I think it may be discolouring due to the aluminium master cyclinder but a it's working OK I'm tempted to leave it.

I would say grey is okay, black on he other hand will be the seals on their way out.
