Clutch and wolf tailgate

I have a 90 which we are building from the ground up, all new brakes have bled perfectly but the clutch with new slave is a pain as fluid is going through with no air bubbles but still no feel to the pedal, any ideas as we have put about a litre of fluid through now and there is no air bubbles!

Also have a wolf tailgate which has loops for the hinge on the bottom and we have loops on the tailgate hinge are there suitable pins or do i need new hinge plates?

Also transfer box low range has not been used and is seized on the diff lock is this easy to free off and are there any instructions anywhere?
