Hi all

The C/C on my '92 Clasic hasn't worked since i bought it, had some time today and so i had a nose and fiddle and foud that there are a couple of pipes missing.
Now i have a Haynes manual, but it's about as clear as mud and no real help. The pipes are the one that comes out the back of the actuator, one from a T peice on a pipe near the actuator, and one off of the pump (at least i think it's the pump, mounted right at the front of the car inside tha passenger side wing) on the top pipe entry and it comes straight ou, i.e not at an angle.
I'll take a few pics. a after dinner to show what i mean.
Can any of you learned peeps help?

As promised here are the photos.

1st one is the actuator
2nd one the vacuum pump (i think)
3rd one the T piece

hi the fitting on your pump is how it should be , you just need a hose from the tee to the cruise control bellows / actuator also check all the hose for splits as these are very often the cause of cc problems.
rick.

Thanks for that Rick, i'll keep you updated on how it goes.

have just had a thought mate on my old lse even after sorting a couple of perished pipes the cc still didnt work it turned out to be a badly set brake switch , easy to check pull the pipe off the tee piece , the one that goes across the back of the engine and disappears through the bulkhead and suck on it it should hold a vacuum if not it may be a faulty switch .
