5mtr long 1 mtr wide foil covered foam and its self adbhesive.
Nice to cut and stuck well.
No Im not the seller, just thought its good value for money.
Not sure if it would be okay on the underside of the roof due to the heat?

Yup used it under tbe bonnet and on the bulkhead. Not sure if it actually does anything.

Me neither but its cheap and shiny!

Ive just used some on a boat and will see if the wife can tell if its quieter?
