Indeed, just need to get the old one off and pop a new one on..make sure you get the correct side, left or right..

Get a wire brush and scrape it back to the metal.... any serious holes then it's time to get them replaced, likely MOT fail. If just flake then waxoyle or use some sort of underseal to protect. Where abouts are you? Helps if you edit your profile to include this as local advice from members is a great help

OK tahnks all, Will do profile (I am in Worcestershire). looks like plating front of the outrigger is the options, I notice the other one has been done. Any welders local?
