I've bought a Globemaster 'Off-road' camping-trailer that came fitted from new, with twin 105ah leisure-batteries, with the main (charging) 25mm2 cables wired-in to a 75a 'Anderson' connector at the tow-hitch, (nothing to do with 'normal' trailer-lighting!)
I have got installed on the 110", a 'National-Luna, split gharge system, (inc the big solenoid & monitor etc
And I've run a set of 25mm2 cables, from the second/AUX battery, via a H/Duty switch, to the rear of the car, where it now terminates with another 75a 'Anderson' connector all ready,
I was hoping to use this to couple-up to the corresponding one on the Globemaster, But then I had a thought!
Is there a need for any fuses, anywhere, and what size?
But more importantly, how does one prevent the current/power travelling BACK to the car, instead of the other way round?
As the batteries I'm attempting to charge are bigger than the AUX one?
Any advice will be most welcome
