As regards the first part of your enquiry, I suggest you post in the Defender section about that

As regards the second part, where you ask if anyone would be interested in the shutters. It is not clear if you wish to sell them, or give them away?
If you want to sell them, please be aware that it is a long standing rule on the forum not to try to sell anything until you have 50 constructive posts.

No worries. Just mentioning it.
Post in the Defender section and they will talk you through it. It is a fairly simple job, but you will have to source quite a few body parts (The Defender's body, not yours!
).Not going to go into it any more, as I have never done the job myself.
I very much doubt if the shutters themselves have a value, as ex-utility vehicles are common, and most private owners don't use them.
Personally, I would just keep it the way it is and use it.
