changing lock barrels. (Yes..AGAIN!!)

I've searched and read a LOT of threads about changing the barrels but still have a couple of questions.

1. If I buy a 4 barrel set so I can do rear door and filler cap....WILL one of the barrels fit the filler cap and are there any issues to be aware of during the changeover?

2. If I can't get the key into the existing barrels, (due to some Scouse scrotes trying to rob the car last night), can I still remove the barrels easily after removing the screw from the back of the lock or is there something else I need to do?

I was having a think about better door security anyway but after leaving the 90 in Hale for 5 minutes last night I'll have to redo the locks first anyway!!

I had to change my barrels as i found after buying my 90 that there were no door keys! Can't remember in detail but i managed to remove the barrels with no keys!

If you don't have the key, then the key is a drill.

They key is needed to turn the lock so that the lug will let it slide out of the barrel. So some drilling or a lollipop stick may be required.

Which reminds me that while my doors are off and the cards are off, I should fit those new barrels.
