Changing automatic gear gaiter on 2004 Mk 1 LHD

Hi folks, I have a freelander 2004 mk1 automatic left hand drive and have purchased a gaiter to change on the gear stick. I have searched the net and forums and cant find any videos or how to's - can anyone send me an idiots guide or point me in the right direction please
