Changed tyres and brake pads and after getting these messages on the dashboard

Hi everyone,

Hope someone can help me as I recently got all tyres changed and brake pads changed on my Land rover Vogue L405 2016, When brake pads were changed he connected the computer to make sure everything is done correctly and when it was done after few hours later I started getting these messages on the screen. Also I noticed sometime my headlight main beam doesn't work and sometime it was working but now its not working at all, Only daylight work but that flickers.

I have attached the photos of the error messages if someone can help me with this please.

Is this an L405? Just guessing because all you have is trim and I have never paid enough attention to the RRS to know if they have Vogue trim.

P.s whichever model it is, just because something starts after you fixed one thing , doesn't necessarily mean they are connected. Might be, but just as likely might not.
 
Go back and get them to check the brakes again, properly;).
Have you tried putting washer fluid in;).

Cruise and forward alert could be connected. How I don’t know.

Hi there, I'd have the battery tested to rule it out.
I would wager its the original battery.
I'd ask the fitters to check their work and as suggested refill the screen wash as this may be a red herring.
Weve seen this forward alert message before but with no real answer to its meaning??
