Chameleon windscreen, yay or nay?

Evening all,

Considering a very subtle chameleon windscreen on my Firenze red Defender 90. Has anyone had one done?

I get a chameleon screen, it goes various shade's of brown every time I drive the muddy track.

Its a plastic wrap that is stuck onto the windscreen and reflects different colours, perfect for gay guys with sideburns and BMW owners ...

You need to be very careful with the legal visible light levels when messing with windscreens.
I would give it a miss personally.

Thanks @miktdish , yes utterly for gaylords / chav tatting tosh. OP would be better orft spending money on spare fuses, earth wires, lift pumps, FiP solenoids...and 10mm spanners

That bmw looks awful! Presume it reduces the light transmission so probably not legal

It’ll prolly have no tax, insurance and the driver will be banned 3x over. Windows tints ain’t gonna change a thing.

I watched the video, still not sure what it is. I've decided due to that if you have pay for it then you shouldn't get it.

I guess it is so a speed camera is less likely to see who is driving. I suspect they are completely illegal and at some point will likely be an MoT checkpoint due to all the twunks fitting them.

They look completely gay on a BMW. But would be ten times worse on a Defender.
