My central locking has started annoying me !!!!

Pres the fob once and I can hear the locking operate and the drivers door pin comes up but not quite enough for me to open the door.

Second press and everything opens.

Locking is fine.

Still cant get this to work on 1st press

Spray loads of lube into latch and it works for a couple of times then stops again

Mine started like that and then would lock, but not unlock. A new solenoid cured the problem (about £70 from a dealer).

I tried stripping it down, cleaning and using WD40 to no avail.
