Any ideas why my central locking won't work on drivers side and the front windows won't go down???

Does you key work okay. Does the internal handle work okay. Does the console dash lock button work while inside. Do all the other locks work okay except for the driver door button coming up. Pending on age of the vehicle being unknown the lock internal motors have failed and you need to replace.
Front windows not going down can be a failed fuse or the toggle switch on the cubby box have failed going down but okay up. Is you car five door if so swap for a working toggle switch to confirm previous switches have failed. If the have still failed the window regulators have seized.
