Hi community,
my Landy never let me down since 150kmiles, but since yesterday it seems my better part is developing strange behaviour regarding his five central locking actuators. It started with a blown fuse for central locking under the seat. when putting it back it didnt blow again, but the actuators of each door (including rear door) didnt stop working, all 5 are "always trying to close the door" with a whining noise. )
Checked all cables from door pillars and inside the door, unplugged the actuators as well. if you unplug four of five actuators the last one will be screaming until you unplug it as well. fuse will not blow. cables look all ok , no damage.
now my question, could it be the alarm ECU itself, because it seems to trigger the actuators for the central locking ?
disconnected the interior volumetric alarm sensor as well.
since i am no electrician maybe someone pushes my poor soul in the right direction ?
Thanks
Frank
