CD changer no disc

CD changer states no disc
Even tho it's full
Any ideas how to cure this plz

Doe you hear the autochanger "cycling" when you press for a different CD?
Give it a "gentle?" wallop with a rubber mallet.

Failing that,upgrade to one of these.
