First of all :welcome2:

Is this what you have got? If so, was it set up before you fitted it, or are you starting from scratch?

yes the same engine...i took the pump off had it serviced by a specialist and put it back on, changed the boost diaphram, and bled the pump, but i dont seem to get alot of derv at the injectors, but open the samall 8mm screw on the top and turn her over and she starts as she used too. but with derv running out of this screw

hi thanks for replying, its the same engine, serviced by pump specialist i then refitted the pump and a new boost diaphram... she starts but only owith this screw open

OK. At the front, in front of the bleed screw is a spring-loaded adjustment. That is your tickover thingy. If you screw it in a quarter of a turn, it should allow your engine to start and tick over

Don't touch any of the others yet!!

on the first attempt earlier as i said it started, ran for a few seconds then stalled, (white smoke), all attempts after that it would not start.....undo the bleed screw and she starts after a few turns and while running no smoke,( with fuel leaking from the bleed screw)..... could it be over fueling and flooding, while running all seems fine.... idle, rev, smoke all good, close screw and it stalls
