My valve block have strange symptom
It try to lift up to hight profile and then light blink ,,,until I press to normal hight then come down ,,,and again try to lift up again ,,,

My valve block condition is after I replacement
-O-ring Viton type (Not sure it suitable for Valve block?? )
-all new air bag and replacement O ring on top
-drive pack is old ,,but I try to swap with my friend is the same I think is alright ,,
-air pump is good condition
-valve in place and correct position (2.0/2.5/4.0) in side have a smallest O ring look good
- EAS ECU not have a fault
-already calibrate

My guess blindly is diaphragm and other thing is pressure switch (green thing )
Or Drive box,,,,Please help me .
From your experience what It would be please be advise me

PS ,It's not leak .after i check overnight just come down a bit .
one more question ,,If I let a car to sit down on bump -stop it might be possible to damage or to make a short a life span of air bag ???
Thank you .

Best Regards

Coming down on to bump stops will not cause damage and is okay. Trouble begins when bump stop is missing height sensor could overtravel and be damaged beyond repair then it's £60 for the sensor and extra cost of recalibration.

After replace all o ring and change air line car lift up on left side only and I change drive box it's lift up right side only ?? :D I don't think is come from drive box thought like valve release is not working right ,,
What your guys opinion ??
So bored with air spring may be I come to change coil spring finally ,,
Thank's any way .

Possibly fauly or sticking solenoid valve. Viton "O" rings should be fine. Have a look on Range Rover Air Suspension solutions by Rover Renovations, Inc. (American site)-I think that is the right address. They specialise in parts and service kits for the P38 air suspension. People have written on this site comments related to the Coil/Air spring option and I thnk it's fair to say that the general agreement is that air is best apart from the control system pitfalls. I personally would stick to the air and persevere until it's 100% working. However I have never tried a car with coil conversion so I cannot comment otherwise.Chances are that your problem is caused by something simple as apart from the ECU, the circuit and system is fairly simple and straightforward.
