I have now bought a replacement hood from undercover covers. I cannot fault the service or the product, it seems to be very well made and is a good fit on the land rover.
The only problem I have is is where it fits over the corner of the windscreen. It appears to ride up at this point rather than sitting in the channel at the bottom. Looking on google and photos of my old one it appears that nearly all series hood have this problem. Is there any way to solve this, at least in these initial stages. As it is still new I do not want it to shrink in the wrong position so that it does not fit properly in the future.
