Can't reset tailgate window after fuel filter change

Replaced fuel filter and disconnected battery as instructed but now can't recalibrate the ccu to reset the tailgate window.

Have tried both the basic method and the second method with engine running to compensate for a low battery.

All was working fine beforehand.

Have tried leaving battery disconnected for about 10 mins but still won't reset.

Why do these things always happen at weekends?

Turns out the problem was because the window wasn't going down fully into the tailgate due to would you believe it an old number plate inside the tailgate. Once removed, glass retracted fully and reset was easy
