Can it be done?

Hi all, I have the chance to buy a J reg classic range rover. It is in vgc,having only done 60k. I would like to know if it is possible to transplant an Isuzu diesel into it,if so what is involved-do i use the RR auto box,where can i get an adaptor plate kit,is this a good conversion?
