can anyone help with immobilizer prob

Hi, I am looking for some help with my defender. I put it into my local garage for new tyres and somehow they have managed to immobilise it!!!!!!!!!! They have no idea how to rectify the problem, the immobiliser light keeps coming on. I have spent all morning trying to sort it but the emergency key code does not do the trick. Anyone any ideas?

Its up the garage to sort it, they did something stupid, get them to sort it, and if they won't, pay a stealer and have them bill the garage.

Yio, I know but may be easier said than done, we will just have to wait and see what happens.
