Hi all, we got our first RR a nice looking 2007 TD V8. We bought from the auctions (risky I know) but it drives and shifts super smoothly. The only issue is the heaters only blow cold air.

I have tan the engine on the drive for an easy half hour and the temp stays central on the gauge, the fans work on all speeds but no hot air.

I’m thinking air lock or blockage but thought I’d ask on here as someone may have came across this at some point.

Anyhow cheers in advance

Looks like there is a control valve on the pipework have a look to see if its getting hot to it if so valve could be stuck
here is a pic hopefully of what your looking for
Thanks very much Brian, me and my buddy removed this part and stripped it down, was amazed to discover someone must have been in there before and put the valve seat in upside down causing the valve to be permanently closed?????

Anyhow heating is toasty now and loving my first Range Rover even more.
Here’s to the power of the forum.
