Am i right in thinking that when im out and about and see a nice green sign displaying the word "Byway" pointing down a nice little track, i can take it upon myself to have a plod down there in the ole beast. Or do the signs mean nothing regarding rights of way? Although i think it would be in my rights going down there under these circumstances, wouldnt want to break any laws in doing so.
