Buying a Used car

Hi,
I'm purchasing a CVR tomorrow from a garage. I'm not financing but paying
for the car up front. I'm aware I can pay by bank draft, or debit card. I'm
wondering if one method is better than the other in terms insurance or
evidence of payment or anything at all.
