Bull Bar (If thats what they are called these days?)

Hi!
I've just bought a 2001 DHSE which has a Bull Bar thingy attached to it.
I must say im not a great fan of these so I was wondering if they are easy to remove? and does removal of the Bull Bar leave a nasty mess on the front bumper?

Yes!

As soon as its off I was intending to put that and the spotlamps on ebay!
