Bulkhead 2a spot welds

Series 2a bulhead repairing

The bulkhead has been shotblasted but there is holes where the handrails and the clocks sit in.

How do you remove the handrail as it is spot welded and i cant get the drill in to remove them.

You cant can you ?

Pretty sure its part of the bulkhead so you'll have to either cut out the entire section and do a repair or be rather skilled and just cut out the rotten part then weld in the new bit without removing

grind out what you can ,,then dremmel ,remove the whole top panel ,u can buy replacement ones new
