i have what I thought was a 1989 landrover 90 .. due to a change to the veteran vehicle tax on the Isle of Man I sent the details to the British motor industry heritage trust for a certified copy of a factory record they came back that it’s build and dispatch dates are both the 8th of June 1990 but going of the chassis number it’s 1989 ( SALLDVAB7FA).

I guess chassis was built but the whole thing completed/dispatched later. Not sure what you can do about it.

But you could post some pics:) or tell us shimmy is ok he usually found at the pizza shop;) ( you won’t get that ref but he’s there and probably knows you).
