I have a 2006 Freelander 1 Face-lift Td4 that has a slight issue: There are bubbles in the coolant bottle when the engine is running, although a sniff test hasn't shown up exhaust gas, it's alsmot as if there is no thermostat in the car because the coolant is being cycled (is this normal) or would you agree there may not be a thermostat and or the thermostat is locked open ? The car doesn't over heat nor is there milk of magnesia in the oil cap or oil in the water.
