As mentioned in the other thread, please consider taking the log book off and just register it as scrapped...
Good point, but just to clarify. I need to fill out the V5/3 with the details of the person who has taken it from me as scrap.
This will be the person who has taken it as a rolling chassis or when I weigh it in.
That's why I still have the V5
Steve
No worries.
I handed my log book over to the guy in the office at EMR last week - he registered it as scrapped there and then.
I only queried it 'cos you specifically offer the V5 for sale in your eBay ad...
I think so yes
What exactly is for sale?
Looks like the chassis, engine and gearbox are separate.
Hi,
Yes it's the one that fell off Happy Valley. Not so happy for me..
It's still complete apart from the bits I've already sold.
I just think somone is missing an opportunity to have a good V8 (NOT V5) for a project. I just don't have the facilities to remove them from the chassis.
I do have LOTS of bits to sell, even the small silly things even down to window switches etc, but there is no point of taking them all off and listing them on eBay.
S
So then the ebay sale is for the V8 engine? or a chassis but not the V5 logbook?
You really do need to make this very clear as it's bordering on very dodgy.
What exactly does the £500 buy?
Oh and how did you manage to roll the vehicle in the first place?
Don't you start, it was bad enough with Chum

Where does it say the V5 is for sale ??
Err, this is the end line of the paragraph... If you want to buy the rolling chassis I have the V5.
i.e I OWN the car and it is not stolen to break.......so the VERY OPPOSITE

It did rain somewhat over the Jubilee weekend, the lane was wet and had collapsed in places, the Disco slipped and rolled off.
This is where it happened YOUTUBE LINKY
