break pads wear

hello folks ...

in an ideal world ... break pads would wear evenly thats at least what I would hope to believe.

anyhow changed break pads front and back, back ones first ... they looked fine ... even wear could have kept them for a while, but I thought do it as its all of and I have the new pads.
moved to the front did drivers side first ... they looked in more than good nick (close to new tbh). so I went to the front passenger side ... not only where they worn down they where also very unevenly worn.

should I get myself caliper seal set and clean them ... or is it not worth saving them and change the front calipers?

tdi or td5??

if a td5 then i would have said that one of the pins have seized where the calliper bolts togeather

change the calipers and least then you know it's done, disco calipers wear and allow the pad to drop further through than intended.
