I spent yesterday removing g and replaceing the break drums on my 02 2tr TD4 Freelander. All was good until I tried to get the new drums on. I was unable to get them all the was as the pads were set to the old drums which are very worn. How the hell do you adjust the pad clearance. Please can somebody help me. If anyone has a photo or video I would be most appreciated.

Yep DTO. Sorry my spelling and terminology are not good. I have now sorted the problem. The adjuster screws were rusted and stuck.
Today I replaced the Shoes, all the springs, struts and clips. And the new brake drums now fit perfectly. The brakes work perfectly now.
