Brake Pedal creep

Defender 110 200 tdi. Recently noticed that if I am sat stationery with engine on that if I press hard on brake pedal it will go down slowly, just a touch. No fluid leaking and had a new master cylinder about 3 years ago, discs 1 year ago and drums./shows about 10k ago. Any suggestions?

servo sounds ok ,poor fluid or m/c its not unusual though
