No. But, open the bonnet, look at the top of the brake pedal box and at the back there is a switch..
Black plastic, 2 wires and a brass lock nut.

Perfect thanks. I’m hoping my lack of brake lights is just down to dirty connectors or the wires being the wrong way round. Off to check now.

It’s got pretty new LED lights front and rear. Having looked at the wiring, I think the issue is with the ground wire. I’ll patch something tomorrow when the light returns to hopefully prove this.
