I have now fitted Cruise Control, but the switch did not include the metal bracket that is attached to the steering wheel. However it is the same as the one fitted to the remote radio control, so I used this as an interim measure and have removed the radio remote for the moment.
I have checked and the bracket is part of the sterring wheel, so mega expensive and I do not need a new wheel.
Does anybody have a spare one, or know of a D2 that is been broken which has the bracket?
Thanks

Its very easy to make one. I had some aluminium plate the same thickness as the bracket, drew around the radio bracket and used a dremmel to cut it out, then a small drill to drill the holes. It dosent have to be perfect or even pretty.

You can get the metal either steel or aluminium from all over the place, Even B&Q sell small sheets of the stuff, though its not cheap from them.
