boost control solenoid valve voltage

I have recently fittea a new boost control solenoid valve, the problem im having is no boost, Im starting to think its the cable they operates the solenoid.
Im getting good suction into the top of the solenoid but nothing from the bottom hose that conects to the turbo acctuator,

does anyone know the sort of voltage that should be coming from the ECU to the solenoid, before I start taking it to bits "again"

The variable vein operating bar is all free and actuator works fine.
