This is not a question but more of an observation i just wanted to share with people. I have no problems with my heaters so never get the symbol appearing, but if i plug my booster pack into my cig lighter for charging on the move before i turn the ignition on the symbol appears. If i unplug the booster pack the symbol stays on until i turn the ignition off, then turn it back on and its gone. This doesnt happen if i first turn the ignition on then plug the booster pack in.

poss battery voltage low? check battery condition and alternator output need to be perfect on these for things to work perfectly!

Cig lighter is dead on mine until I turn the ignition on
Don't laugh, but I actually thought this was a problem on my P38 when I bought it - I was so used to my Transporter's lighter being live all the time... :doh:
Oh, and surely it's a cigar lighter in a Range Rover...
